Federal opposition leader Tony Abbott says he has no plans to make any major changes in labour laws in the workplace.
Asked if he agreed with the finance spokesman Andrew Robb opposition that unions will take advantage of the new industrial relations laws, said that companies should approach him if they had some trouble with the law.
"The coalition has a position very clear about this: job options, like I said hundreds of times, is dead, buried and deadly. It is now the present any problems with the operation and implementation of labour laws in the workplace for companies, "he told reporters in Sydney on Friday.

When Abbott was pressed on whether the coalition would change industrial relations policy, he said, "Let's just wait and see."
Responding to reports that Andrew Robb was contacted directly by the companies who were raising concerns about the impact of laws and the rights of trading data to trade unions, said that he himself had not been contacted by firms.
"My door has not been overturned by people telling me about problems with the system. If there are problems with the system, let's hear from people who know about them, "he said.
